How long does it normally take for a order to ship out?
Orders may take up to 2-3 weeks as they are made custom to order!
Can my rug be vaccumed?
Yes all of our rugs are high quality material that will hold up under the vaccum!
Can my rug be washed in the washing machine?
We do not recommend that you put your rug in the washing machine as it may cause damage to the rug.
